What do you think of THIS?

This plan imitates Hitler's plan - what an excellent opportunity to reinforce the political indoctrination that young people have been soaking up at school.

Georgia congressman warns of Obama dictatorship
-By Ben Evans

"A Republican congressman from Georgia said Monday he fears that President-elect Obama will establish a Gestapo-like security force to impose a Marxist or fascist dictatorship.

"It may sound a bit crazy and off base, but the thing is, he's the one who proposed this national security force," Rep. Paul Broun said of Obama in an interview Monday with The Associated Press. "I'm just trying to bring attention to the fact that we may — may not, I hope not — but we may have a problem with that type of philosophy of radical socialism or Marxism."

"That's exactly what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and it's exactly what the Soviet Union did," Broun said. "When he's proposing to have a national security force that's answering to him, that is as strong as the U.S. military, he's showing me signs of being Marxist."

Obama's comments about a national security force came during a speech in Colorado about building a new civil service corps. Among other things, he called for expanding the nation's foreign service and doubling the size of the Peace Corps "to renew our diplomacy."

"We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set," Obama said in July. "We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

"We can't be lulled into complacency," Broun said. "You have to remember that Adolf Hitler was elected in a democratic Germany. I'm not comparing him to Adolf Hitler. What I'm saying is there is the potential"."

Rep. Rahm Emanuel wants to force people 18 to 25 to labor for the government.
-by J.D. Tuccille, Civil Liberties Examiner

"Rep. Rahm Emanuel of Illinois, President-Elect Barack Obama's choice for chief of staff in his incoming administration, is co-author of a book, 'The Plan: Big Ideas for America', that calls for, among other things, compulsory service for all Americans ages 18 to 25. The following excerpt is from pages 61-62 of the 2006 book: "It's time for a real Patriot Act that brings out the patriot in all of us. We propose universal civilian service for every young American. Under this plan, all Americans between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five will be asked to serve their country by going through three months of basic training, civil defense preparation and community service."

They also warn, "[s]ome Republicans will squeal about individual freedom," ruling out any likelihood that they would let people opt out of universal citizen service.

(this plan)combined with Barack Obama's own plan to require high school students to perform 50 hours of government-approved service, suggest an unfortunate direction for the new administration."

So let me make sure I've got this right...mandating community service for young Americans (which is already done in some parts of the country) means that this administration is headed the way of the 3rd Reich? The more of your "observations" (read: insane, paranoid delusions) I read, the more I'm coming to realize that you are likely suffering from some form of mental illness.

And once more: just because you don't like democrats does not give you Carte Blanche to use HATE SPEECH like this--disgusting. McCain himself, along with many, many other Republican politicians, would find your comments reprehensible at best, hateful and unpatriotic without a doubt, and cause for legal action against your website at worst.

Ick. I've got that right-wing hate goo feeling in my eyes...

By the way, I didn't write the articles - I only posted them from an online newspaper -

I guess that is HATE SPEECH - posting other points of view besides that of your beloved Obamamessiah.

I guess the "HATE" police should go and shut that newspaper down.

One of the articles was from a Republican congressman in Georgia - Rep. Paul Broun (I guess McCain and the other Republicans will be at his door to arrest him for his hate speech).

I posted them as Interesting facts to think about, don't you agree they they do give one something to think about?

I find it incredibly eerie that there are so many similarites
with what Hitler did in Nazi Germany and with what the Soviet Union did. They both proposed to have a national mandated security forces that's answers to them and that were as strong as the military. Obama is also proposing to have national mandated security force that answers to him and that is as strong as the U.S. military.

Now why do you suppose that is?

I guess it is too "right-wing" to ask questions and to ask people to think.

Maybe the "thought" police will be by next to shut down my website arrest me for thinking.
